Purpose
This Privacy Policy describes the nature, scope and purpose of the personal data processed by Regloplas AG, including the online services of Regloplas AG (hereinafter "Regloplas"), Spühlstrasse 6, 9016 St. Gallen, website www.regloplas.com (and sister websites such as www.regloplas.de, www.regloplas.fr etc., hereinafter "the website").

Introduction
REGLOPLAS places great importance on data protection, data security and compliance with legal regulations for processing personal data.

Basic information on data processing
This Privacy Policy is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR), but is subject to Swiss law.

We adopt organisational, contractual and technical security measures in accordance with the latest technology to ensure that the provisions of the data protection laws are complied with and to protect the data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorised persons.The security measures include in particular the encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our server.

Disclosure of data to third parties
Data will only be passed on to third parties in accordance with legal requirements. We only pass on the data of data subjects to third parties if this is necessary under data protection law, for example, to fulfil a contract or on the basis of legitimate interests in the economic and effective operation of our business.

When you contact us (via contact form [quote request] or e-mail), your details will be processed for the purpose of processing the contact enquiry.  By visiting the website, by recording or modifying data and using the contact form [quote request], you consent to the processing, use and disclosure of your data within the scope and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

The personal data provided by you to Regloplas within the scope of the inquiry and/or order will be processed for the purpose of processing the order, any reverse transactions and warranty cases, services and administration. They can also be used for marketing purposes and market research.

The revocation of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to revocation.

Information, corrections, revocation, deletions, contact
The data controller and owner responsible for data processing is REGLOPLAS (Imprint). 
Any data subject can request information from REGLOPLAS at any time in writing, addressed to Regloplas AG, Spühlstrasse 6, 9016 St. Gallen, Switzerland, or by e-mail to privacy@regloplas.com about

  • the data stored on and/or concerning him or her, its origin (if available), the recipient or categories of recipients to whom these data have been transmitted and the purpose of storage of the data;
  • the purposes and, where appropriate, the legal bases for the processing of the data, the categories of personal data processed and the parties involved in the storage and collection of the data

If the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her data, he or she may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

Regloplas may refuse to provide information, restrict information or defer its provision if permissible under a law.

The data subject may at any time request REGLOPLAS to delete, correct or complete their data in writing, addressed to Regloplas AG, Spühlstrasse 6, 9016 St. Gallen, Switzerland, or by e-mail to privacyregloplas.com. The data will then be corrected, completed or deleted immediately, unless the deletion is not yet possible due to the processing of an order or due to statutory retention requirements. In this case, the data will be deleted immediately after the order has been fully processed. In addition, stored data will be deleted by Regloplas when the statutory or contractual retention period has expired or if Regloplas no longer needs the data.
